When do you ship out packages?
It can take me UP TO 1-2 weeks to process and ship out your order. I am only one person and also working during the week. But I will do my best to pack and ship out orders as soon as I am able to. Thank you for your patience!
FOR PREORDER/RESTOCK ITEMS:
If your order contains any preorder/restock item, it will be shipped out AFTER I receive the items (which can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on the item/manu). I will post status updates in the product's description.
If you would like something sooner, then I recommend ordering separately!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! However, because of USPS restrictions, I am unable to ship to countries listed in this link: USPS International Shipping.
I am able to ship to the EU and UK. However, if you are from Germany, I am unable to ship to you due to the LUCID requirements :-(
What do I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?
Please contact me as soon as possible with an image and description of the issue, and I will do my best to address it! You can contact me here, on twitter, or by email.
What do I do if my package is lost or is taking a while?
Please be aware that there will be delays with shipping due to any restrictions and/or the holidays! International shipping can take up to 1-2 months.
Other than that, I am unfortunately not responsible for lost packages. Once the package is in the USPS system, it is out of my hands :( Please contact USPS or your local postal service regarding these issues.
Do you accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges?
All sales are final, I do not accept returns or exchanges!
